We chat with Caitlin Farrell, Director of the National Center for Research in Policy & Practice (NCRPP), who shares updates on a recent William T. Grant funded effort to develop RPP effectiveness measures. We introduce the project, share the approaches we are taking to develop the measures, provide an update on where we are, and present some puzzles we’ve encountered thus far.
